Exeter Airport
Exeter International Airport (EIA) was first opened in 1937 and its part in WW2 is well documented, becoming an RAF Sector Station. Since then Exeter Airport has become one of the foremost UK airports, enjoying the largest growth in passengers in the past few years. The airport also has a large general aviation community and is often used as a staging point for longer flights across South West England.
The airport offers flights to a variety of destinations both within the UK and Europe, by airlines such as Air Malta and Austrian Airlines, in addition to Flybe, including Nice, Alicante and Paris.

The airport is situated just 5 miles from Exeter city centre and 1½ miles from the M5, allowing easy access from the motorway.

Two buses run from St David’s Station to the airport, and trains are available to the nearest stations but will require a bus or a taxi to reach the airport. The City of Exeter
The regional capital of Exeter is a lively, friendly, medium sized city with plenty of opportunities for culture, entertainment and leisure.
