There are also accessible disabled spaces available and you can drop off/pick up passengers for free in the ten-minutes only pick up point outside the terminal.
Airport distance from Glasgow
The airport is around twenty miles west of Glasgow city centre, and it can be reached easily from the M8. It’s about an hour and a half journey to Edinburgh.
Transport links to Glasgow Airport
There are a good range of transport options available. For those preferring to take the bus, there’s a speedy shuttle option with the Arriva Glasgow Flyer - which runs every ten minutes and takes around 15 minutes into Glasgow’s Central Rail Station, or 25 minutes to the city bus station. For train connections, Paisley Gilmour Street Station is about a mile away and easily linked to by bus or taxi. There’s also private car hire available as well as shuttle buses and taxis.

Jersey Airport
Jersey Airport opened in 1937, and passengers taking flights to Jersey Airport will find it compact and quick. It has both scheduled flights and other aviatory uses - such as the Jersey Aero Club and the International Air Display each year!

There are two car parks - the main one is in front of the departure hall, and is only 50p per hour. There is another short stay car park in front of arrivals - again, 50p per hour. There isn’t a special long stay car park. There’s also a passenger drop off zone.

Jersey Airport is very central and just five miles away from nearby St Helier. The island is small enough for easy onward travel by hire car or public transport.
